What a lot of great things to be thankful for this year, including a great fiance! My parents are were visiting for the holiday. To celebrate, we had a great Thanksgiving feast today. The best part was some homemade pumpkin pie.

This morning, Bob and I had magic mountains for breakfast…biscuits; homemade hashbrowns with onions and Morning Star Italian sausage; sharp cheddar cheese; grits and country gravy poured over it all. Now that’s some down home Southern cookin’!

Saturday evening, we had reservations at Ubuntu Restaurant in Napa. I had read about it in a magazine as a “vegetable” restaurant. It was an interesting experience. This evening, Bob and I went up to the church for a School Fundraiser. It was a Tapas dinner which consists of appetizer portions of several dishes. There was some great food.
