My name is Suzanne Thompson. I enjoy photography, dining at non-chain restaurants, trying new vegetarian recipes, reading, blogging, and exploring new locations...the three most valuable are family, faith, and friends.

I was born in England, moved to Ethiopia when I was four, then to America when I was seven. In American, I have lived in eight states. Bob and I were married in January 2010 and we currently live in California and North Carolina.

This weekend, we had a fun time exploring Capital Reef Park in Utah with Bob’s son and family. Here are some of the sights and interesting rock formations we saw.

We all went in Ryan’s four wheel drive into the outback to look for rocks. This next picture I took of Bob……while he took this one of me. It’s hard to see how high the point is that I’m standing one, until you look just to the left of my feet and see Ryan and his family down below.
