This evening, to celebrate applying for the marriage license this morning, Bob and I had a great dinner at The Broadmoor. The Christmas decorations were incredible with lots of sparkling white lights that glistened on the snow. I wished I had my tripod so I could have gotten a better night shot. These were taken with Bob’s point and shoot, so did quite well.
This dessert of fresh mixed berries with a sweet creamy sauce was d e l i c i o u s ! We told our server we really enjoyed it. She asked for our e-mail address and said she would have the Chef mail us the recipe. How’s that for service.
This gingerbread village was amazing with such detail. There were even lights in the buildings.
