Suzanne Thompson bio picture

Welcome to my Blog!

My name is Suzanne Thompson.  I enjoy photography, dining at non-chain restaurants, trying new vegetarian recipes, reading, blogging, and exploring new locations...the three most valuable are family, faith, and friends.

I was born in England, moved to Ethiopia when I was four, then to America when I was seven.  In American, I have lived in eight states.  Bob and I were married in January 2010 and we currently live in California and North Carolina.

Palm Springs Arial Tramway

This weekend, I went with friends to Palm Springs to ride the tramcar. It starts at the valley station (elev. 2,643′), then ascends 2 1/2 miles up Chino Canyon to the wilderness at the top (8,516′). The rotating tramcars are the largest in the world. It was much cooler at the top and we hiked the picturesque Long Valley.

June 2, 2008 - 4:13 am suzanne reid - Now this has to have been a wonderful time spent going from hot to cold and snow no less!
I love the picture of Steve under the dried wood and can't think of the right word that you call them.......
So much to see in this world.
I took my Mom to Clearwater to visit my sister Melody and her family and we took the scenic route back home and saw 2 eagles and some wild turkey hens with their babies. Not as exciting but pleasurable.
Love
Diana
